About Arcane Energize
Arcane Energize gives a 60% chance to grant extra Energy to you and nearby allies within 15 meters when you pick up an Energy Orb, with a 15 second cooldown. Channeled abilities like Excalibur's can interact with it differently, so test your build first.
It is awarded for capturing the Eidolon Hydrolyst and drops in Rotation C of Orphix missions on Veil Proxima. Trading it requires Mastery Rank 11 or higher, so a squad support Warframe can pass copies around.
Arcane Energize was added with Update 17.9.1 (October 2015).
