Arcane Barrier gives a chance to instantly restore Warframe Shields whenever your shields take damage. Because the refill is immediate, it can even trigger while channeling abilities that drain shields, like Hildryn's Haven.
It is awarded for capturing the Eidolon Hydrolyst and drops in Rotation C of Orphix missions on Veil Proxima. The chance is low, so it suits shield-based Warframes that want an emergency top-up.
Arcane Barrier was added with Update 16.0 (March 2015).
