Arcane Avenger has a 21% chance, whenever the player receives damage, to raise the absolute critical chance of all attacks by 45% for 12 seconds. The bonus is added to the final critical chance, so it can make some abilities crit.
It is awarded for the Eidolon Hydrolyst and drops in Rotation C of Orphix missions on Pluto Proxima and Veil Proxima. It is a strong pick for crit weapon builds that already take a lot of hits.
Arcane Avenger was added with Update 16.0 (March 2015).
