Arcanes
Arcane Acceleration gives a 30% chance on each critical hit to increase the fire rate of non-shotgun primary weapons for 9 seconds. It stacks additively with fire rate mods such as Speed Trigger.
It drops from the Eidolon Gantulyst and from Rotation C of Orphix missions on Venus Proxima and Veil Proxima, and the Duviri Circuit offers it at Tier 9 in week 1. Run it on a crit-friendly rifle or bow build; bows do not get a doubled bonus.
Arcane Acceleration was added with Update 16.0 (March 2015).

Kill or capture the Eidolon Gantulyst, play Rotation C of Orphix missions on Venus or Veil Proxima, or take the Tier 9 Circuit reward in week 1.
